Commercial Cleaning Services

This page is often less than useful. Everyone does everything and is "expert" at it as well. We don’t. We focus tightly on what we do best, providing regular commercial cleaning service to clients who want to see the same faces providing competent, reliable service day after day, year after year.

We do not provide cleaning services to restaurants, residences, bars, governmental agencies or supermarkets. Not because these are bad businesses, but because doing so would distract us from our core competency. We do what our clients need. This can be nearly anything:

• Pressure washing
• Removing pigeon droppings from a clock tower (1 ½ tons)
• Final construction cleaning
• Stripping and refinishing (Emanuel Hospital ER and 10 operating rooms, Tongue Point Job Corps Center, Gladstone High and more)

But always, who we provide services for is far more important than what cleaning services we provide.

Who are our clients? We advertise our market being "Owner and Tenant managed facilities." By that we mean those who manage like owners (for the long term not just the next quarter) not in-house managers only. Simply put, managers who eat their own cooking, not managers who eat their own.

If you have to live with your own choices, Follow Through Cleaning is a commercial cleaning service that will be there with you. We don’t blow off problems with voicemail; we show up in person and take responsibility. Our customers are long term, our employees are long term and we are here for the long term. Longevity is not a sure sign of competence but turnover is a sure sign of the lack thereof.
